Welcome to the Cricket Scoring System ("we", "our", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using our web‑based cricket scoring platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

1. Account Registration & Approval

All users must register with accurate information. Accounts are subject to admin approval before activation. We reserve the right to reject any registration without explanation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Subscription & Payment

Access to the system requires a valid subscription.You must pay the applicable subscription fee to continue using the service. Prices and subscription periods are subject to change with notice. All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the system only for legitimate cricket match scoring and management. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing your account with unauthorized persons.
• Attempting to access another user's data or interfere with system operations.
• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Uploading malicious code, offensive content, or infringing material.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

All data you enter (teams, players, matches, scores) remains your property. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law. However, we may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the service. For more details, see our Privacy Policy (available on request).

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• Your subscription expires and is not renewed.
• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period. You are responsible for backing up your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Cricket Scoring System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, match interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
